The 12.4-megapixel Nikon D2Xs digital SLR sports no fewer than 20 improvements over its predecessor, the D2X.
Unlike consumer DSLRs or compact cameras, the top-end DSLRs from Canon and Nikon tend to stick around for a while before being replaced by a new model. In the meantime, the existing cameras can get a makeover to make the most of the latest technology. Generally speaking, existing users will find that it’s not worth the upgrade fee, unless there is a major benefit to their work. In the case of the Nikon D2Xs, the new features are many – 20 improvements in all.
