Unique features and good image quality make this 10MP compact one to consider.

The 10.1-megapixel Casio EX-Z1080 features a YouTube video capture mode, anti-shake technology and a maximum ISO of 6400.
The Casio EX-Z1080 can produce large prints thanks to its 10.1MP, and its maximum ISO of 6400 allows great scope for low light shots, but its ‘YouTube™ Capture’ mode causes the most interest. This allows you to shoot and save movies at the optimum size, quality, and other settings; and software is included.

There is a reassuring weight to the slim camera, and the 2.6in LCD screen shows a good image, even in bright sunlight. The Hi-speed continuous shooting option knocks the resolution down to 2MP – but the Casio managed 61 shots in 10 seconds, and it processed all those images straight after taking each one. The menu is easy to navigate, and the myriad features include 41 preset modes – and there’s Anti Shake DSP. ISO, 80 and 100 give excellent results; image noise becomes apparent at 400, but only when viewed at full size.
