New additions offer 'world's slimmest camera with a 4x optical zoom' and a 'photo album in your pocket' respectively

Two new additions have been made to Sony?s T-Series Cybershot range, in the shape of the T77 and T700. The T77, the world?s slimmest camera with 4x optical zoom and optical image stabilisation, boasts 10.1 effective megapixels, Carl Zeiss optics and an ample 3in touchscreen LCD, all housed in a 15mm thin body.

As has become convention with Sony Cyber-shot models, the T77 comes complete with all mod cons ? smile shutter, face detection, anti-blink technology and intelligent scene recognition will all pull their weight in ensuring you capture more quality images then ever before.

Completing the duo of new releases is the ?photo album in your pocket?; also known as the T700. The model gains the snappy moniker thanks both to its substantial 4GB internal memory and its stunning 3.5in touchscreen LCD, which makes no compromises in resolution standing at a whopping 921,000 dots.

Photo-album functionality is extended to the review of the images in the shape of the ?Sharemark? functionality. This allows you to note any images you may want to share to photo sharing or social network sites, and then when you sync the camera with your computer, it will automatically upload to the site of your choice.

Both models will be available in September, and for prices keep an eye on www.sony.co.uk
