Casio has announced additions to its EXILIM range aimed at combining both style and substance in compacts and colourful bodies. The new additions range from between 9 and 10 megapixels and offer a newly designed body shape in relation to the EXILIM range gone before.

The range, consisting of the 9.3MP EX-Z19, 9.1MP EX-Z85, 9.1MP EX-Z250 and 10.1MP EX-Z300, all share a range of functionality, from the smile sensing ?Auto Shutter? function, through to the ?Move? button which allows users to record H.264 movies at the touch of a button.

In keeping with the brand manifesto for style, the Z85, Z19 and Z250 are all available in a range of colours, from vivid pink through to brown or orange. Headlining the range is the 10.1MP Z300, which comes in black, silver or gold, and even has a ?makeup? mode for automated in-camera airbrushing.
