Ricoh has announced the imminent arrival of the 10MP R50.

Combining a 10Mp CCD sensor, 5x optical zoom in a 97 x 56 x 23mm compact body, the R50 places a heavy emphasis on performance without compromising on portability.

As well as a maximum ISO 3200, the R50 meets many market standard specifications with it?s 15 scene modes and 2.5in, 230,000 pixel LCD.
