Olympus has launched the latest in its line of lifeproof compacts, in the shape of the mju Tough 6010.

The new model boasts the full range of proofing expected from a Tough model, namely waterproofing to 3m, shockproof for a fall of 1.5m and freezeproof to -10C.

With regards to imaging capabilities, the mju Tough 6010 boasts a 12MP sensor, complete with 3.6x wide optical zoom, covering 28-102mm in equivalent terms, while also boasting a range of image improving ‘magic filters’.

Available in either Titanium Grey, Turquoise Blue or Lava Red, the mju Tough 6010 is available from the end of this month with an RRP of £299.99. For more information, visit Olympus online.
