Canon has announced the launch of the EOS Professional Network across the UK and Ireland. The EPN consists of EOS Professional Centres and EOS Professional Stockists and has been developed to provide what Canon claims is ‘the very best retail experience within the professional imaging market.’

The Network will be made up of two categories, EOS Professional Centres and EOS Professional Stockists, and has been built around criteria which will be monitored to maintain a high standard of service.

Lee Bonniface of Canon said “The EOS Professional Network gives photographers greater access to Canon imaging products.  It has been developed to equip our retailers with the very best tools, to support, demonstrate and supply the complete Canon solution to photographers”.

EOS Professional Centres and Stockists will have specialist staff on hand to demonstrate Canon’s product range from capture to print, including the EOS camera system, DPP software, lenses, PIXMA inkjet and large format printers, projectors and scanners. and
EOS Professional Centres will stage regular demonstration days and will offer photographers the chance to try Canon professional kit within a dedicated studio with professional lighting.  Centres will also hold a full range of rental stock.  Members of Canon Professional Services (CPS) will be able to use EOS Professional Centres to drop off and collect kit for repair or sensor clean.
