BenQ has introduced a new 7MP addition to its compact camera line-up. The E720, features 3x optical zoom, an smc (Super Multi-Coating) Pentax lens and 2.5 inch LCD.

In addition to an aluminium exterior, the E720 is equipped with a ?shake-free? mode, 13 scene modes and continuous movie recording with optical zoom. The BenQ E720 supports a higher ISO of 1200, and a trio of aspect ratio output sizes (3:2, 16:9 and 4:3).

The E720 will be available from November and will retail at £139.99.
