New Nike World Cup advert will blow you away

As a photographer it is important to appreciate all forms of art and good video, being particularly relevant in the current world of DSLRs, is something that certainly caught my eye this weekend. It seems, thanks to the imminent World Cup in South Africa, that advertising budgets are back and big budget adverts are the name of the game. Launched on Saturday the new Nike advert combines some incredible high definition imaging with slow motion and a little bit of comedy to create this three minute masterpiece.  You don’t have to like football or even commercial advertising, you just need to appreciate great cinematography.
