Review: Put together by aerial photographer MacLean, this is a fun and intriguing twist on the traditional photobook. Through images of diverse locations such as symmetrical sports stadiums, waterslides and spaghetti-like tangles of theme parks, MacLean explores the theme of America at play. Such pictures take centre stage, and are accompanied only by the location and date of capture. Though the locations and logistics make the book’s practical information negligible, the tome does present a glorious selection of imagery.
