Canon launch u2018Secret Playgroundu2019 competition in conjunction with The Independent.

Canon has today announced the launch of a six-figure deal with The Independent to promote its EOS 400D digital SLR.

The promotion will be spearheaded by a competition inviting photographers to share their ?secret playground? through a micro site hosted by The Independent.

A ?secret playground? can be anything from ?a picturesque urban back street or little known local pub, to a secluded country trail that is rarely walked but offers stunning views,? proposes Canon.

The competition consists of three categories ? Entertainment, Culture and Outdoors ? with one winner per category bagging a Canon EOS 400D.
