The SZ-14 features a 24x optical zoom and 16MP sensor
Olympus has announced the SZ-14, a compact superzoom camera with a powerful 24x optical wide-angle zoom lens (25-600mm equivalent in 35mm terms) and two forms of image stabilization to help deliver the clearest results possible.
The SZ-14 sports a 14MP sensor, built-in Dual Image Stabilization and HD 720p video recording. It can also shoot at up to 7fps (frames per second) and has Telephoto Macro, allowing you to get close to your subjects without needing to shoot on top of them.
Ten Magic Art Filters which offers the new Reflection magic filter takes the image and duplicates it across a horizontal or vertical plane of symmetry creating powerful illusions.
There’s 3in LCD display (460,000 dots) and images can be shared wirelessly throughout your social networks or on your computer via an optional Eye-Fi Card.
The SZ-14 is available for £199.99 from mid-February.
