Nikon D5000 demonstrated at Jessops flagship store

Friday 1st May sees launch accompanied by demonstrations

The Nikon D5000 will go on sale in Jessops stores this Friday, 1st May, with Jessops’ flagship store hosting a range of demonstrations and seminars to celebrate the event.

Members of the Nikon team will be on hand to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of the Nikon D5000 over both the 1st and 2nd May, as well as answer any technical questions you may have.

A program of free Nikon-based seminars will also be on over the two days, aimed at helping you get the most out of your camera.

A ‘Getting the best out of D-Movie’ seminar will take place on Friday 1st May at 4pm and Saturday 2nd May at 3pm, while a ‘Creative lighting demonstration’, focusing on the D90 and SB-600, will take place on Friday 1st May at 2.30pm and Saturday 2nd May and 1.30pm.

Jessops will also be offering a promotion for those buying a Nikon D5000 over the two days. For every purchase, customers will receive a free 32 x 24in canvas print, Sandisk 8GB Ultra II SDHC card, Centon outfit bag and Jessops TP323 tripod.
