Kodak's new family of digital picture frames boast Wi-Fi functionality, built-in stereo speakers and 128MB of internal memory for sharing pictures and videos.

Furthering its new female-friednly focus, Kodak also announced four new EasyShare Digital Picture Frames that play slideshows and videos set to music. Available in 10-inch and 8-inch Wi-Fi and 8-inch and 7-inch standard versions, the frames boast plug-and-play ease of use and a multifunctional remote control. Optional interchangeable faceplates also enable users to customize their frames to suit their home decor.

The frames are colour tuned to Kodak standards and use Kodak Color Science colour rendition. Users can playback JPEG pictures, most video types (MPEG1 and 4, MOV, AVI) and MP3 music using most memory card formats (CF, SD, MMC, xD and MS). You can also source digital files from any digital still camera, home PC, Jump Drive and Flash Drive via a USB 2.0 port.

A remote control gives access to the functionality of the frame ? ketting users choose the location of pictures, customize slideshows, select pictures and videos to copy, delete, rotate, zoom and print. Those with a wireless home network (Wi-Fi 802.11b/g) can wirelessly view pictures from a home PC or connect to Kodak Gallery to display online picture albums.

To customize the frame, optional frame faceplates are available in frosted floral glass, warm walnut wood, whiteboard (write on and wipe off) and antique silver. The faceplates snap onto the frame and update the look to suit your own personal style.

EX1011 Digital Picture Frame has a 10-inch 800 x 480 high resolution digital display in 16:9 aspect ratio with wireless access of pictures, videos and music from your home PC or online at Kodak Gallery over a standard wireless home network. The frame has 128MB of built-in memory for storing pictures and videos, built-in stereo speakers and headphone jack for music.

EX811Digital Picture Frame has an 8-inch 800 x 480 high resolution digital display in 16:9 aspect ratio, wireless access, and all other features identical to the EX1011 Frame.

SV811 Digital Picture Frame has the same features as the EX811 Frame, with the exception of wireless access. It?s designed for on-the-spot viewing of digital pictures and videos from any digital camera, home PC via USB and memory cards.

SV710 Digital Picture Frame has a 7-inch 480 x 234 resolution analog display in 16:9 aspect ratio. The SV710 is plug-and-play and users can begin enjoying pictures right out of the box.
