Lighting manufacturer Interfit Photographic have announced the release of two new studio lighting kits.

Following on in their award-winning EX studio flash range, the portable EXD200 kit has been designed with photographers on the move in mind. The kit consists of two 200W heads – adjustable over four stops in 1/10 increments, with a maximum effective guide number of 45m – as well as two lighting stands, a 60cm softbox, a white translucent umbrella and a carry-case, retailing at £369.99.

The second addition to the Interfit line-up is The Super Cool-Lite 5. Using fluorescent, daylight-balanced bulbs, the lamps provide the equivalent of 500W of soft, diffused light, emitting little or no heat, which makes them ideal for portrait and fashion photography. The basic kit consists of one head, containing 5 x 24 watt bulbs, a stand, as well as a large 40 cm reflector and a 60 cm softbox. The 2-head kit contains two Cool-Lite heads, two stands, two reflectors and two softboxes. Further softboxes and reflectors are also available to compliment the kit. The basic kit retails at £149.99, with the 2-head kit coming in at £299.99.
