The changes include re-branding their current ink cartridge line into three categories, making it easier for customers to choose the one best suited to their printing needs. The company will also oversee the makeover of in-store point-of-sale displays, using guides and colour-coding to assist people in choosing the appropriate printer and print cartridges. An additional redesign of their online store follows in facilitating a simplified shopping experience.

Recognising the diverse printing requirements of its consumers, the company began to introduce multi-packs and special cartridges eighteen months ago. The latest changes are a seen as ?a further manifestation of the ongoing strategy, to provide customers with unrivalled choice ? not only in printer platforms but also in printing supplies.?
