Just over a week until festival
Fotothon, dubbed the largest ever photography event to hit the South of England, is just over a week away.
The festival is now the proud owner of a SmugMug site that not only allows photographers to book their place at the festival, but it will also serve as the destination for any entrants to upload their images on the day.
The competition, which takes place between 12 and 5pm in Brighton on Saturday 11th June, features a prize pot in excess of £1000.
Competitors will be given a list of 10 clues that they are free to interpret, and images will then be judged by a panel including landscape photographer Charlie Waite.
Prizes include a Fujifilm X100, itself worth over £1000, as well as lighting kit from Rosco, a Hoodman Hoodloupe, Think Tank Photo bag and much, much more.
