Canon is expanding its LiDE range of scanners with two new models, the LiDE 60 and LiDE 25.
Offering a resolution of 1200 x 2400dpi and powered from a USB cable, both scanners are easy to use thanks to a selection of EZ buttons located on the front that can be customised enabling one-touch scanning. Documents can also be scanned straight to PDF, without the need for additional software.
Retailing at £59 the Canon LiDE 60 is 40mm thick and includes a USB 2.0 connection. It features Easy Colour Matching Print to help produce accurate colours. Priced at £49 the LiDE 25 is 34mm thick and offers standard USB transfer speed.
Caere OmniPage SE and ArcSoft PhotoStudio software are bundled with both scanners, while QARE Level 3 is incorporated into the driver software to eliminate dust and scratches.
Both scanners will hit the shops in July. For more details go to www.canon.co.uk or by calling 08705 143 723.
