The OU is casting aside its staid image of 1970?s haircuts and kipper ties, and joining the bright and shiny 21st Century with the announcement that it is running courses in digital photography.
Titled ?Digital Photography: Creating and Sharing Better Images?, the online course is aimed at those who want to improve their picture taking and making skills. Those enrolling on the course will also be tutored in the use of Adobe’s Photoshop Elements.
As further incentive, the course has been recognised by The Royal Photographic Society as suitable preparatory work and a foundation for a Licentiateship Distinction (LRPS) in still photography.
