The VS6 is a new clamshell camera phone from Panasonic, the first to incorporate a 2MP camera and Bluetooth for remote sharing of photographs.
Incorporating a one-touch auto function, the 2MP camera features a 5x digital zoom and includes a 15-frame burst mode; it can capture moving images with sound that can be stored on the 32Mb internal memory.
The 2.2in LCD screen is capable of displaying 16 million colours; it is also 50% brighter than the screen found on the previous camera phone from Panasonic.
With dimensions of 96x46x21mm and weighing 101g, the phone boasts a built-in Sonic the Hedgehog game. Message illumination flashes different colours depending on the message ?emotions.? The VS6 also supports Java and provides up to eight hours of talk time and 430 hours of standby time.
The VS6 will be available from Carphone Warehouse at the start of November.
