Sony has released a new firmware update for its award winning Sony Alpha A700.

The latest firmware version boasts all of the fixes of previous update, whilst resolving several new issues, as follows -

? Resolves the issue of the access lamping remaining lit and the camera freezing when shooting several images in quick succession
? Resolves the issue where when turning the camera off in MR mode, some settings are carried over into other shooting modes
