The Sigma SD15 is the latest model in Sigma?s DSLR camera SD series and is powered by a 14 megapixel Foveon X3 direct-image-sensor.
Incorporating the ?TRUE II? new image processing engine, it also has a 3 inch LCD monitor and improved processing speed, whilst at the same time, offering a user-friendly experience.
The development of the SD15 came about through photographers who enjoyed using the Sigma DP1 wanting to see the ?TRUE? image processing engine incorporated into a DSLR. Sigma believe that this request has been met in the SD15.
