PermaJet, the CIS inkflow and inkjet paper manufacturer, has launched a product that it hopes will revolutionise the inkjet printer market.
Having already designed Eco-Flo bulk ink systems for the Epson 1400, R1800 and R2400 range of printers, saving on average 75% in ink costs, recent attention has turned to the Epson Pro 3800 A2 Printer.
All PermaJet Eco-Flo Ink delivery systems feed inks from an external bottle unit along a ribbon of tubes to the print head. The Epson Pro 3800 Eco-Flo system comes complete with all nine pressurised injector cartridges and tubes, and is powered by lightfast certificated PermaJet K-Chrome inks.
Two hundred and fifty millilitres of each of the nine ink colours is supplied as standard and that equates to 60% ink cost saving whilst maintaining high quality printing standards. The cartridge chips are specially reprogrammed so that each time the ink monitors run low, it is a simple process of switching the printer off, powering the printer back on, and seeing the ink levels register as full again.
The kit also includes the A4 PermaJet 30 sheet test pack containing all the current range of inkjet papers, and free custom profiling for any PermaJet papers is standard.
The system is available at a special launch price of £399.95 (inc. VAT), with replacement 125ml inks retailing at £24.95 (inc. VAT) per colour.
