In its third year running, the International Garden Photographer of the Year competition is still accepting last minute entries to compete for the 2009 title. Several categories – including best single image and portfolio – are up for grabs with a top cash prize of £5,000. A special award will also be given for the best ‘Spirit of an American Garden’ image. And with permission granted from the National Trust to take photos in the gardens, entrees will have a vast selection to choose from.
