Kodak has unveiled a super slim new entry to its EasyShare line up. At less than an inch thick, the V610 is billed as the world?s smallest 10x optical zoom lens compact, courtesy of the camera?s innovative dual lens system.
Using Kodak?s Retina Dual Lens technology, the pocketsize V610 camera combines two Schneider-Kreuznach C-Variogon all-glass, non-protruding prism lenses to deliver such a long zoom range. The new arrival is also one of the first digital cameras to incorporate Bluetooth wireless technology, making it easier to share pictures with people nearby. V610 camera owners can send their pictures to other Bluetooth enabled devices up to 30ft away, enabling easy access to devices such as mobile phones, PDAs, computers, Kodak Picture Kiosks, and other V610 cameras.
The camera?s key technologies also include a 6MP CCD, anti-blur technology and a large 2.8inch LCD. Users can choose from 22 scene modes, three colour modes, and a custom mode to help capture shots with personalized settings.
The Kodak EasyShare V610 zoom will hit stores this May priced £349.99. Full information is available online at www.kodak.co.uk
