The Gitzo GB 1140 is a new addition to the Pro Classic range of tripods.
Constructed from aluminium the lightweight tripod includes a reversible centre column, non-slip foam rubber sleeves and a hanging hook for weighing it down. Up to 7.98kg can be supported by the tripod, which includes a built-in spirit level to ensure even horizons and a compass. It is supplied with a carrying bag, tool bag and adjustable shoulder strap.
With a selling price of £79 the GB 1140 is available from JP Distribution, and is available with the MH1001 head for £116.99, saving £30 on the purchase price.
