New camera owners looking for a way to get to grips with digital photography are the target audience of a new DVD guide. Doug Harman?s Guide To Digital Photography is a visual companion that promises to walk beginners through the basics of using a camera and shooting better pictures.

The DVD features a range of digicams and photo techniques blended with inspirational photos. Kicking off with a guide to the many types of cameras available, presenter, photographer and What Digital Camera regular Doug Harman then heads out into the great outdoors for some hands-on guidance on creating winning shots.

The guide is the first photography DVD release from US3 media in asscociation with Screen Icon, and is available from a dedicated site at www.digitalphotographydvds.co.uk
