The camera industry was left in shock earlier this year with the news of Jessops falling into administration. At its height, Jessops ran 192 stores nationwide and employed over 2,000 staff. Thankfully the brand was rescued by Dragon’s Den star Peter Jones who took the decision to retain the most successful stores on the high street and re-employ existing Jessops staff.
