They need to increase the size of the image sensor. They must be holding back because of the danger of making the small cameras "too good" so most people won't buy an SLR. But without an increase in size all the other so-called "improvements" are just plain silly. It's a shame having this wonderful build quality go to waste. Walter Minton

I've had my CX-1 for about 2 years now and didn't use it much until a holiday around Central Europe in May 2011. There were days when I didn't need to lug my Pentax K20d and the results were fairly comparable. After tweaking in Adobe Camera Raw there weren't major differences in pics lower than A4. Just the same I purchased a Samsung EX1 a couple of weeks ago so I could have manual control over PASM, manual focus and RAW. Results looks better so far...
