Full of information to help beginners improve their technique
Title: Langford’s Starting Photography: A Guide to Better Pictures for Film and Digital Camera Users
Author: Michael Langford and Philip Andrews
Publisher: Focal Press
Review: This book is full of information to help beginners become more familiar with their cameras and improve their technique. Diagrams and photographs demystify information, helping the book strike a balance between technical details and shooting advice, and helpfully it doesn’t talk down to the reader. Targeting film as well as digital users, sections on film processing are less relevant. However, the scope of information and the reasonable price ensures this is recommended.
