Rechargeable batteries are great, but how often do you only remember they need recharging just before you go out on a shoot?

With Energizer’s 15-minute charger, the charging time from flat to charged for the four dedicated 2200mAH batteries was 15 minutes and five seconds (which is pretty impressive).

The fan-assisted charger may warm batteries slightly more than ordinary chargers, but on a cold day, that’s no bad thing.

The charger comes with a mains adaptor and car cigarette lighter connector for when you’re on the move.

It’s not cheap, but better than running out of power at a crucial moment.

OK so it’s not cheap but it charges fast, which is great if you’re in a hurry but need juice for your cameras
