New model from Lite-On sub-brand complete with scanning facility

Electronics manufacturer Lite-On has announced the launch of a new consumer electronics brand, Skyla, which itself has debuted with a worlds-first product.

The Skyla Memoir FS80 digital photo frame is the first in the world to feature inbuilt scanning functionality to convert print photographs into digital files, which are in turn stored to the devices internal memory.

The Skyla Memoir FS80 boasts an 8in screen, supports MPEG1 and MPEG4 files, a 5-in-1 card reader and both touch pad and remote control.

The Skyla Memoir FS80 is available from the end of April with an SRP of £178, and head over to the Skyla Memoir FS80 website for more information.
