Here’s a handy gadget – a charger which is charged up by connecting it into your computer’s USB port which then can be pocketed and later used to juice up your camera, or indeed any other device you have with you that’s flagging.

According to iPod NN, the Ecosol Powerstick V2 can be used as both a charger as well as an external battery charger. Its manufacturer claims that it takes just 90 minutes to charge to 90% capacity. Also – once it is full charged up, it then goes into sleep model to avoid using up power.

Its lithium-polymer battery has a capacity of 750mAh, with a battery life of over a thousand cycles.

It comes with a variety of connector tips and is currently available from Best Buy in the US for $60.
