Singing and photography combine in two events taking place in Liverpool tomorrow

Singing and photography combine in two events taking place in Liverpool tomorrow.
?Face the Music? is an a cappella concert performed by eight choirs, as well as a photography exhibition, which captures the singers in unconventional contexts including posing on a high-dive board and holding a chainsaw. The images were taken by Derek Massey.
The exhibition and concert are the brainchild of south Liverpool choir Mostly Madrigals, who obtained funding from Liverpool Culture Club and Awards for All.
Warren Bradley from Liverpool City Council comments: ?To provide two showcases which tickle both the ears and the eyes give very different perspectives.?
Face the Music takes place on Thursday February 9th at 7.30pm at Notre Dame School for the Performing Arts in Everton. The exhibition will tour libraries throughout the city and a listening post will be available so that everyone can sample the sounds from the concert.
