Wacom introduces four tablets into its consumer line-up aimed at amateur photographers.
The tablets are available in two different sizes, A6 and A5. The four tablets are Graphire4 Classic (A6), Graphire4 Classic XL (A5), Graphire4 Studio (A6), and Graphire4 Studio XL (A5). New to each tablet is a scroll wheel for browsing and zooming in and out of photographs, while the ExpressKeys are two buttons that can be configured to carry out frequently used keys.
Wacom has redesigned the cordless metallic silver pen. It includes two buttons replicating right and double-click commands, and turning the pen upside down enables it to be used as a pressure-sensitive eraser. It offers 512 pressure levels and is battery free.
Graphire4 Classic and Graphire4 Classic XL include Corel Painter Essentials 2 and will retail for £74.99 and £149.99 respectively. Graphire4 Studio and Graphire4 Studio XL are bundled with Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 and Nik Color Efex Pro 2.0 Standard, and will cost £109.99 and £174.99.
All the tablets are compatible with PC and Mac computers and include a two-year warranty. Find out more at www.wacom.com
