Samsung is expanding its popular ?S? series range of digital compacts with the launch of new models dubbed the S700 and S1000.
The 7MP S700 and 10MP S1000 both support a maximum sensitivity of ISO1000, 3x optical zoom and 10 preset scene modes. A further ?Special Effect Key? is incorporated into both cameras, which promises a range of composition options that users can apply to their images.
Video shooting is supported with VGA at 30fpts, while a 2.5inch LCD and compact dimensions are also promised to enhance the shooting experience.
The S700 is expected to be available in August, for a retail price of about £150 while the S1000 will hit stores in September at an expected retail price of around £200. Find out full details of both cameras at www.samsung.co.uk
