Vibration Compensation, f/2.8 24-70mm Tamron lens announced

A new lens has been launched by Tamron, offering a focal length of 24-70mm with an aperture of f/2.8. This, alongside Vibration Compensation, makes the new 24-70mm perfect for using faster shutter speeds and tracking moving objects.

The lens also boasts Tamron’s Ultra Sonic Drive to power the auto focus system and comes in Canon, Nikon and Sony fittings. Availability and price have yet to be released, more information can be found at Tamron’s website.

    Hmmmm, @SimplyLucid Hmmmm, I mean, it’s a very basic entrance model you can do nice thgnis with it, but for a business I’d invest a bit more money and get something more pro and make sure you get a decent lens 🙂

    It will be nice to see how this compares since the price hike of the new Canon 24-70 has put it out of my market.
