Jessops raised more than £70,000 for the national children?s charity CLIC Sargent in 2005 and is planning to raise more money this year.
Jessops? raised £70,340 for the charity, which cares for children whose lives have been affected by cancer and leukaemia.
Chris Langley from Jessops said: ?It is thanks to the generosity and commitment of Jessops?s staff, suppliers and customers ? who have all embraced the association with the charity with such enthusiasm ? that the company has surpassed the target figure.?
This is the second year that Jessops has fundraised for the charity. In 2004 the Click for CLIC campaign was launched, which included the Parliamentary Photography Competition. Overall, £50,000 was generated for the charity.
