Ever since Sony announced the RX1 - the first digital compact camera to feature a full-frame sensor, there has been a lot of hype about when we might see the first samples images.
Today, Sony updated their Electronics' photostream on Flickr with a selection of sample images taken with the RX1. With the selection of sample images showing off the RX1's capability of producing a super-shallow depth of field, the full resolution images give people the chance to view how colour, exposure and detail is controlled.
First impressions are very impressive indeed and we're looking forward to receiving our fully working production sample soon to give it a full review.
