Nikon to offer cashback on L-series compacts

Nikon has announced a new offer entitling customers to cashback on selected Coolpix Life series compacts from the 14-16th July through selected national newspapers. For one weekend customers will be able to claim £50 cashback on Nikon’s Coolpix L2 (RRP £179.99) or £40 cashback on the Coolpix L3 camera, usually priced £149.99. Coolpix L series compacts boast a range of in-camera features including Nikon’s Red-Eye Fix, D-Lighting, and Face Priority AF. The Coolpix L2 offers 6.0 megapixels while the L3 comes complete with a 5.1MP CCD. Aimed at entry-level users, Nikon hopes to catch the eye of digital beginners during the lucrative summer season. To claim the cashback offer customers should send in a photocopy of their till receipt, together with sheet B of the warranty slip and a completed promotional voucher by 14th August 2006. Promotional vouchers will appear in the Daily Telegraph,?Times, Guardian, Independent, Daily Express and Evening Standard newspapers.
