Folex has extended its Fotojet Snapshot range of 6×4″ digital photo papers to appeal to a wider audience of personal inkjet printer users.
As well as targeting those whose printers use dye-based ink cartridges, Folex is now catering for owners of Epson PictureMate printers, which use pigmented UltraChrome inks.
Folex claims that its latest paper releases will enable users to ?achieve optimum colour brightness, sharpness and contrast,? with FotoJet Snapshot Professional designed for PictureMate users and Fotojet Snapshot Premium for dye-ink printers. Fotojet Snapshot Premium is also compatible with some third-party dye inks that are sold for the PictureMate.
Both products are based on best-selling products from the Folex?s catalogue of A4, A3 and A3+ photopapers. Fotojet Snapshot Professional is a 270gsm glossy photo base paper with a nanoporous coating that is designed to absorb pigmented inks into its surface to deliver quick-dry images. Fotojet Snapshot Premium meanwhile is a 210gsm photographic quality paper with both glossy and matt surfaces.
