Olympus has introduced a new range of High-Speed xD cards featuring unique 3D and art effects functions.
Promising fast image capture, the High-Speed xD-Cards Picture Cards are available in capacities of 512MB and 1GB.
When used with Olympus digital cameras and software, users can transform their pictures replicating: ‘cartoon art’, ‘watercolour’ and ‘oil painting’ effects. The 3D function appears to add depth to photographs when viewed on-screen or as printouts using 3D filter glasses or a cross-view frame.
In order to access the new features, users who buy a High-Speed xD-Cards Picture Card will need to enter an activation code into Olympus Master 1.4, which is available to existing users as a download from Olympus’s website.
