This is a decent lightweight monopod, and extending from 52cm to 169cm, is portable for travelling. Its length is ideal at full extension for eye level viewing for a six foot tall user. There’s a comfortable foam grip, and wrist strap, and four leg sections. The quicklock releases are easy to use and secure. It’s a single-position head, limiting camera orientation, unless you have a lens with a tripod ring, or use a tripod head. A good, reasonably solid option.
