How you can give this more than 50% is beyond me. Dreadful quality, dreadful running costs, dreadful print quality. Far far better Epson, Canon and HP's out there. You lose credibility giving this a positive review

Not happy with this printer at all. My old Kodak works better than this one. Ink is cheap, scanning is terrible, wasted about 50 sheets of paper until the document came out correct, doesn't print as the picture shows, will not store faxes im memory, I have auto answer on and If I'm not in front of it to press the start button, I miss the fax. First printer lasted 4 days and had to be replaced, tried to fax and it ate my documents, two little plastic tabs were coming loose under the lid. The tech had no clue as to what I was saying, he told me to pull the plastic out, NOT!! Just not happy at all with this printer, the only pro is the ink.
