you say there is no RAW compatability. But on specifications it seems to suggest ther is. am i being thick ?

Gaynor - there is certainly Raw compatibility. It's just not possible to shoot Raw files when using the Sweep Panorama, Handheld Twilight and Auto HDR modes. Other modes are fine.

I seem to have fried the camera electronics, when I try to attached a USB connection from camera to notebook to do flim ware upgrade, the camera do not start up any more and teh screen gone black, no picture what so ever, What happened? I am lost anyone had encounted this problem
