Isn't this the same lens as the one tested in March 2007 with a score of just 79%?

Great review! You guys are "spot on". After reading the article I had to have one of the Sigma's. Great glass! I know that are a few questions on the final scores of this and earlier test, but I have also heard that the earlier production lenses were not up to the quality of the later production. Keep up the great work!

Nice,weighty and super silent - very professional finish as well. Have a cropped sensor then this is the baby to get!

Great lens for up close shots. Done quite a few porn shoots with this lens and the results have been superb.
