Canon EOS 600D (Canon Rebel T3i) first look preview video: summary of video

The Canon EOS 600D sits between the 550D and the 60D. It has the same 18 MP CMOS sensor and digital processor that featured on the 550D and the 60D.

It also has a high resolution 3″ vari-angle LCD screen. It features an intelligent scene auto mode, similar to the smart auto mode used on Canon’s compact cameras. It also has a feature guide, (also present on the Canon 1100D) which tells you what each of the modes do as you flip through them.

The Canon EOS 600D has a 9-point AF, 3.7 fps burst rate and includes an EasyWireless setting for wireless flash photography.

The video mode includes a video snapshot mode that offers 2, 4, and 8 second bursts and then sticks the shots together. The camera has an in-built stereo mic plus a jack for an external mic. Movie is 25 frames per second at full 1080, 24 frames per second at 1080, and 50 frames per second at 720.
