An exposure mode, sometimes simply labeled ‘Tv’, in which the shutter speed is decided by the user, leaving the camera’s metering system to calculate the aperture required to give the correct exposure. All DSLRs and compact system cameras offer this, as do many enthusiasts compact cameras.
