Sony Alpha 5100 Review – Verdict

Sony Alpha 5100 product shot, front

The Sony Alpha 5100 is an impressive all-round camera, delivering a wide range of the Alpha 6000‘s performance and functionality but at a lower price point.

With regards to image quality it’s almost a dead ringer for the a6000, while a lot of the camera’s video functionality is also similar.

So if you can do without the viewfinder, as well as some of the more advanced camera controls, found on the a6000 you’ll be wise to consider the a5100 as it’s undoubtedly one of the very best in class.
