Discover how to control shutter speed and improve technique to great striking action shots

This is useless video and does not give any real practical advice. There is no need to go 1/250 for panning shot of cars on the move. 1/250 gives the photographer a chance to get a sharper image of the subject while the back ground is motion blurred. Using too slow a speed can as is see in the video give the car movement. And why must cars always be going up hill? I have been taking photographs for over 50 years many of them as a press photographer covering all sorts of sports event and I have never seen the need to make a car go up hill when it’s on the flat.
